Carter, Jr., resident bishop of the Western North Carolina Conference of The United Methodist Church, has announced new district superintendent appointments and transitions effective July 1, 2025. These appointments reflect a commitment to strong, faithful leadership across the conference, as well as the Conference's commitment to diversity of experience and voice.
